- Fragrance performance (including longevity and projection) varies based on factors such as skin type, climate, and usage, and such variations shall not be considered defects.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Orders will only be processed upon full payment confirmation or confirmed Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it is considered a confirmed order. perfumed.lk reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Bulk or reseller purchases without prior approval
- Incorrect pricing or system errors
- Product unavailability
5. Delivery Policy
- Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
- perfumed.lk will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
- Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
