At perfumed.lk, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and hygiene.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to approval and must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and condition.
• A valid original invoice/bill must be provided.
• A return delivery fee of Rs. 450 will apply unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered or damaged product).

Return Process

• All items must be returned to our Head Office for processing.
• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the exchange will be processed accordingly.
